Sometimes you just need a bit of a reset - to feel clear in both body and mind. Adam and I had just got back from three weeks of honeymooning, and honestly, my gut felt a bit meh - like now it needed a holiday! Haha. We travelled through Sri Lanka, India, and the Maldives, and our highlight was definitely trying all the food. We embraced how the locals ate and never turned down sweets after dinner. I loved having warm curries for breakfast, followed by: fruits, more curry, afternoon tea, sweets, a cold beer, another cold beer, dinner and dessert. I don’t think I was hungry once!?
